The taste

If the taste were a feeling, it could best be described as a cozy, rainy summer evening spent snuggled up at grandma’s. The tea is incredibly intense and expressive, similar to a black tea from Assam, but is much less bitter and much sweeter. It has light flavors of cinnamon, licorice and cedar wood. An exciting and versatile taste experience.

preparation

We recommend using 3 g of tea leaves per 250 ml of water . As the leaves of this tea are large, it is best to make sure that you give the leaves plenty of space. It is best to use a slightly larger teapot or tea strainer. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 3 minutes . Enjoy!
